Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Lisbon, Portugal. Deliveries take place on working days between 9 AM and 7 PM. To avoid missed deliveries, we recommend using an address where someone will be available to receive the parcel - such as a workplace.
1. European Union - Free Shipping Over €135
We offer free shipping on orders over €135 to the EU countries listed below. For orders under €135 to these countries, shipping is calculated by weight and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

- Note: Free shipping applies automatically at checkout once your order total to Zone 1, 2, or 3 exceeds €135. For orders under this threshold, VAT is included in the shipping price shown at checkout.
EU countries not included in this offer: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Luxembourg, and Romania are not part of Zones 1-3 and do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping to these countries is calculated by weight and shown at checkout.
Home pickup for returns: Available in Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, and Italy. For all other EU countries, you ship the return to us and we reimburse the shipping cost on receipt. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
2. United Kingdom & Non-EU Europe
The €135 free-shipping offer applies to European Union destinations only. We ship to the UK and non-EU Europe via CTT/National courier or DHL, priced by weight — you will see the exact cost at checkout before confirming your order. We recommend choosing DHL, as it is faster.

3. United States & Canada
We ship to the United States and Canada via DHL only. Shipping costs are based on parcel weight and the exact cost is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. Please be aware that US and Canadian customs may apply import duties on your order - see Section 5.

4. Other International Destinations
We also ship to a selection of international destinations via DHL. These are not our primary markets, and shipping costs vary depending on destination, weight, and carrier fuel surcharges.
As a general guide, shipping to these countries costs between €50 and €70 for parcels up to 3 kg. The exact amount is always displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Currently available destinations: Colombia, Mexico, Singapore, Philippines, Australia.
Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. All international orders are fully tracked.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country's customs authority.
- These charges are set by your local government and are outside our control
- They are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer
- We provide accurate customs documentation with every international shipment
- We recommend checking your country's import rules before placing an order - contact us if you need help
Important: If a parcel is returned to us because you refused delivery or failed to pay required customs duties, we are unable to issue a refund. Please ensure you are prepared to receive your order and cover any applicable local charges before completing your purchase.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to:
- Monitor your delivery in real time
- Reschedule or redirect your parcel via the carrier's app or website
- Contact the carrier directly if there is a delivery issue

7. Pre-Orders & Processing Times
Some products are available for pre-order, meaning you are reserving a handcrafted pair before production is complete. Your payment is collected at time of order, and the estimated shipping date is shown on the product page and in your confirmation email.
