How do I clean my Camia?
The best is to use leather transparent conditioners to clean your Camia, this maintains the fibers supple and preserves its appearance. Apply a small portion of transparent conditioner onto a clean+soft cloth and gently massage the cream into the leather to remove any grime or marks.
Can I exchange my item ?
We can't make exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, please email email@example.com to make a return request, first return your item, once accepted, we will refund you for you to place a new order.

Can I cancel my order?
You have a short window to cancel your order. To do this, in your history, select the "Cancel" button.
I feel my sandals tight, what can I do?
As soon as you put your Swap Sandals on for the first time, you could feel your foot slightly tight in the fit: this is normal. This will ensure a good fit once the leather has softened, so there's no stress.
How can I track my order ?
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you are located in Portugal or Spain we will also send you a tracking number via WhatsApp.
Currently, we offer free shipping within Portugal and Spain for an order above 200 euros.
For the rest of Europe shipping is 10 euros.
We do not ship outside Europe.
Taxes and Customs
If you are within the European Union, taxes are included in the item price.
You will not be required to pay any fees (taxes and/or customs charges) to the courier upon delivery.
If you are outside the European Union taxes and customs charges aren't included in the item price and the total payable isn't shown at checkout. The courier may ask you to pay any customs charges and taxes due upon delivery.
Missing or Lost Package
If your order has been lost or stolen, please get in touch with our Customer Care team at email@example.com. Our team will then contact the delivery company to resolve the issue.
How can I make a return?
You have 15 days after receiving your order to return your purchase if they don’t fit.
Remember that articles should be returned in perfect condition and in their original package, to be accepted. We don’t exchange articles, we only give you a refund.
- If you are in Lisbon, Oeiras or Cascais we will pick your package up at your home!
- If you are in Portugal we will send you a code, that you can present at any CTT office, no need to print :)
- If you are outside in Europe, contact our customer care team, depending on the country, we have different solutions! firstname.lastname@example.org
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Once we have received the package, your refund will take approximately 15 days. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
